The couch is where you sit with your family, where your animal curls up and where the day finally slows down. Clearing the hair should serve that life. We begin with the routine you actually live, the part that already works and the part you would like to make easier.
Bring one surface to the table. Where is the hair? What have you tried? What counts as a worthwhile improvement when time, effort, setup and cleanup are included? You bring the setting. We bring the research and its limits. Together, we can see whether a proposed answer has a place in your home. If your current routine meets your needs, you may need no purchase at all.
Start with the place the answer has to work
A couch, a shirt and a vehicle seam ask different things of a tool. Choose the surface closest to your own question. An experience that does not fit these categories is welcome too; it may show us something we have overlooked.
Couch or bedding
Broad, reasonably taut fabric is the narrow job we explore in Invitation 001. Published testing offers a lead, with limits you can inspect. We are still checking whether the exact Walmart item is the model covered by that testing. While that remains unresolved, you can examine the evidence and compare the task with your own routine.
Carpet, vehicle seams and clothing
We have not settled a recommendation for embedded carpet hair, tight vehicle spaces or loose clothing. Tell us which part of the job is difficult: reaching the hair, lifting it from the fabric, cleaning the tool or repeating the work. That gives the uncertainty a starting point. We can explore what is missing from the evidence without pretending that a couch result settles a different question.
